Remote Plan
With our remote support plan, we’ll respond within twenty-four hours to your request. We’ll then perform remote detection, diagnostic, and resolution support through an OvrC network interface to assess and resolve your power and video quality issues.

As a service plan holder, you will receive a front-of-the-line priority service. When your system is at fault and you need urgent help our priority response program offers the fastest and most effective solution. A House Systems customer care representative will contact you within 12 hours on contact and prioritize your service needs. As an NYC based company, we recognize the importance of expedited service.

Discounted Hourly Rate

Discounted hourly rates apply to valid ‘Service Contract Holders’. A 20% reduction in regular hourly labor rates is applied.

Complimentary Upgrade Consultation

Existing service contract holders receive a ‘no fee’ consultation and proposal for any equipment upgrade requirements. We recognize today’s technology is fast moving and old technologies become obsolete in a shorter amount of time.

Equipment Upgrade Discount

House Systems offers several additional benefits. The world of technology moves fast, and if you find yourself coveting a new speaker, lighting fixture, or device, your service membership allows a 5% discount on certain equipment upgrades. This may include televisions, Apple products, Sonos speakers and sound devices, and Nest thermostats. Additional equipment TBD.

Remote Repair

Upon request, we’ll perform remote detection, diagnostic, and resolution support through an OvrC network interface to assess and resolve your home technology issues. If your network seems unresponsive or slow, or if you smart devices are not working, we have the abilities to address the situation remotely. Please contact us if you do not have OvrC set up in your home, business, or building. A House Systems sales representative will schedule an on-site survey to set you up.

We will remotely monitor your entire system – 24/7. Anything that can get fixed remotely will automatically be resolved. If a site visit is required, we will proactively contact you to set up an appointment at your discounted rate.

On-Site Preventative Maintenance

Our service department will schedule a technician to visit an perform monthly preventative maintenance on your home technology system. Preventative maintenance includes any necessary equipment adjustments, firmware upgrades, and a dusting and cleaning of your appliances. From there, we will provide an overall assessment of your system and leave a review checklist with associated notes.

On-Site Repairs

Sometimes equipment breaks. House Systems offers both in-warranty repair, out-of-warranty repair, and advanced exchange where conditions and inventory availability allow. We also offer extended warranty coverage purchases on select hardware. House Systems engineers and technicians are among the most experienced in the industry, factory trained and certified. Our goal is to have your equipment fixed and working normally as soon as reasonably possible.
