House Systems contracted with Toll Brothers in their first new construction Manhattan LEED Accredited residential building. Special attention to energy star rated appliances and ‘green’ electronic products was given. A ‘complete building media package’ was installed including systems in the lounge, media room, garden area, billiard room, fitness center and children’s play room. A multi zone audio system allows residents to choose from a wide variety of building provided music sources. Several iPod in wall docking stations in select rooms enable residents to listen to their own music.
