One Jackson Square

House Systems was contracted by Hines to design install one of Manhattan’s most remarkable multi media automation experiences. Nestled in the heart of the West Village the building is recognized as a neighborhood icon offering only the best residential conveniences. Our media systems are a reflection of this. At the onset the project posed many new construction challenges. Rumbling subways under and adjacent to the building were an immediate concern.

In the building’s 3000 square foot media lounge House Systems installed a Crestron Digital Media Entertainment System with a fully enabled and custom programmed 12 inch in-wall touch panel control with the buildings logo as the home page. A 180 inch projection screen with HD video from a hidden reversible retractable in ceiling HD projector with mirror elegantly and silently lowers at the touch of a button. Residents can chose to watch TV, BlueRay DVD movies, online movie services, video and pictures from Apple IPOD devices, listen to a variety of music services, check the weather and local news and enjoy a truly relaxing atmosphere. In addition House Systems complemented the building with Crestron sub systems in the fitness room and treatment rooms.
